After struggling with an eating disorder, several gastrointestinal conditions, including SIBO, and painful hormonal imbalances for years, I’ve been committed to achieving an optimal state of health and wellbeing. I'm not just here to tell you about my struggles; I'm here to share how those challenges motivated me to figure out what makes me feel my best and help others do the same! I’m a firm believer in the concept of bio-individuality — that there is no one size fits all approach when it comes to health and you need to find what works for YOU.

In a world saturated with health and wellness advice, it's easy to drown in a sea of information, much of which is subjective and, frankly, incorrect. I get it; I've been there.
